Dumbbell Side Curls
I've mentioned before that develop those full 360 degree arms you need to play with the angles you do your Curls. The bicep is two muscles, different angles emphasize each differently.
The key to this exercise is creating the angle and the plane which the Dumbbell travels. Notice how I look twice as wide in this video? That's because I'm flaring my Lats and creating a platform for my triceps to rest on. This brings my arms forward and allows me to travel them in front of my body without smacking my titties.
Make sure you bring the Dumbbell to your front delt and SQUEEZE!!!
