1 Arm Dumbbell Shoulder Press
A great indication of strength is what you can lift over your head! The original strong men used to lift giant novelty weights above their head and it's still a major event in The Worlds Strongest Man Competition.
I have no goals of competing in said competition, but using this Movements can get you strong AND jacked!
The difference between a Press and a Push Press is the use of leg assistance to get the weight above your head. You bend the knees and drive your torso upward allowing the momentum to assist the bottom half of the lift.
This is a great weight to lift more weight and to overload your system or to pop out more reps.
