1 Arm Cable Tricep Kickbacks
Cables are excellent for getting that kind of pump that lingers the whole workout! Because of the constant tension and the focused resistance it makes lifts like this go from "meh" to GREAT!
This is best done after your heavy compound lifts or on an accessory or arm day. I like to lean forward just a little bit, tuck my chin, keep my shoulders rounded back and really pull the weight behind me. My elbows have a natural crook to it, but if you can get your arm parallel then even better!
