Using Double Overhand Grip in The Deadlift

This is the most I've ever attempted to lift with the double overhand Grip (405lbs) with no straps and no hook Grip.

One of the most common injuries people experience with Deadlifts isn't a back injury, it's tearing your bicep!

You're going to be your absolute strongest using a "mixed grip" (one overhand, one underhand) - but the underhand Grip leaves your bicep in a precarious position. So it's important to develop strength with your Grip in the double overhand. It's for SURE much more difficult, and you probably won't be able to lift nearly as much weight. But, that's okay! It's all part of the progress.
