Standing Cable Bicep Curl

This is a pretty boastful looking exercise. But, it's also highly effective in developing your biceps. In other words: "Suns Out, Guns Out"

Some people bring their fists to their forehead, but I like to bring them back further with my pinkies next to my ear. Make sure you get the full, slow stretch when lowering the weight. You'll get a much better pump!
