Pause and explode!
There are lots of different ways to "spice up" your training. The results of your variations will help improve different aspects of your strength and physique.
In this variation I'm pausing at the bottom of the lift, resting the weight, resetting both my position, my posture and my breath before exploding through the lift. Notice how I brace with my core, retract my scapula and use the energy of my breath to drive the lift.
