Walking Dumbbell Lunges

You wanna build up your glutes, your quads, your hams, your WHEELS?! Do lunges.

Walking lunges will torch your legs. I love doing squats and deadlifts, but I dread doing lunges. But the things you hate the most are often the things that will elicit the most growth.

You're gonna need a clear path. You can do these in empty hallways like me or in an empty aerobic/fitness class room. Keep your torso upright and instead of steeping forward, step a little to the right and left. This is more natural to the angle of your joints and gives the right contraction.
