1 Arm Bench Curls
It's full on Blizzard outside, work was cancelled, city life is coming to a halt, and I'm just down here trying to get these pythons to grow.
Doing arm work and work with dumbbells allows you to work out any imbalances. With barbells your natural inclination is to use your strongest muscle to get the work done! Doing things against benches, immobilizing your torso allows you to focus on the intended muscle and keeps you honest!!!
