1 Arm Dumbbell Row

This is another classic lift. Practical application: Starting that old lawnmower. 😂😂😂 JK!

This is a great Lat developer, and a lift that allows you to use true full range of motion.

Tips: when lifting the weight, pull with your elbow and drive it behind you. Don't chicken wing the Elbow to your side! I like to let the Shoulder roll forward and to really stretch the Lat.
