Cable Bicep Curls
I realized the other day that I did not have a tutorial of the classic cable curl on any of my social media/websites/YouTube whatevers. This is bread and butter here, also attention must be paid.
I like to use the bar that looks like an M (or a w) and keep the grip just a bit outside shoulder width while keeping my elbows pinned. Notice all the body movement at the beginning? That's to get my shoulders and scapula in the retracted position. This is really locks in the torso and allows me to focus on the biceps.
Give just a tiny pause at the bottom and flex the tricep. This will allow you to get full range of motion.
