Put the work first!
I'm not entirely sure if this is a PR for me or not. It's been a long time since I've done heavier incline Dumbbell bench Press. But I'm certain 90lb dumbbells have never felt this light on the incline Bench. Getting them for a fairly easy 5 reps feels right on these lanky arms.
After a certain point in your training getting stronger gets REAL difficult. With dumbbell Presses getting them in position can feel nearly impossible without a spotter. But keep putting in the work and the results will certainly follow.
The greatest part about dumbbells on the incline is the ability to get full range of motion. After this top set I did 75 for an easy 3x3, and an easy 80 for 2x3 - all super set with flat barbell bench. Basically, one hell of a training session. Give this a try and then try to wear your smallest t-shirt without feeling SWOLE!
