Plate Loaded Single Leg Leg Curls

This is by far the best hamstring machine I've ever used. The plate loading allows you to get a consistent resistance and the machine aspect allows you to keep a consistent "bar path."

I also feel the kneeling position is a much more proactive position and puts you in a better place mentally to have a great mind/muscle connection. Much better than the sitting or lying Leg curl.
