Barbell Bent Over Rows

This is one of the classic lifts. An old school, meat head, slinging around weight on Venice Beach with Arnold kind of body building.

You can either pull these from the floor or do it like I'm doing them, from a more upright position.

Notice the rotation of my arms, elbows. This is to get the corkscrew action of the hands and pulling of the elbows behind the back and the full range of motion.

Keep your spine neutral, that's what's the most important. Don't bob your head up and down like a chicken and keep your back and neck safe!
