This particular curl is going to give you a really full contraction and one that is felt deep within the muscle.
Tips: bring the bar close to your body and think about pulling the elbows behind you while raiSing the bar to your chest. Use absolutely NO momentum. It's supposed to feel awkward and foreign. Give it a try and let me know how your biceps feel the next day!
