Australian Pull Ups
Pull Ups and chin Ups are amazing for you...but they're really hard to do when you first start out!
Australian pull ups are a lot easier to do when you first start out and are a great way to build up your strength so one day you can knock out a dozen pull Ups no prob.
Make sure you keep your elbows tucked inward. Pull yourself to the bar, the higher you can pull yourself the better. If you can touch your chest to the bar, then you're killing it!
