Land mine Presses

If you're a person that solely has a squat rack to train with, this is a great way to get in upper Chest and shoulder work that's NOT the taxing Military Press.

To do any kind of work like this, place one end of a barbell in a corner and place weights on the other end. It looks shaky, but because of the force you put into your end of the bar, it ain't goin nowhere!
