1 arm Lat Pulldowns
Everybody has to start somewhere! In my last Instagram post I talked about working towards a 1 Arm Chin Up. For those of you who want to complete a similar feat of strength - this is the ground level to that operation.
You not only need to get stronger, but you also need to develop the right motor patterns! Notice how I'm twisting my wrist through the motion and bringing my elbow all the way back. You won't need this extreme range of motion for the chin up, but it will help make the whole lat a lot stronger and fuller.
