1 Arm Assisted Chin Ups

I've been working toward an unassisted with arm chin up for a while, and these bad boys are gonna help me get there!

I remember a time when I was unable to complete even 1 chin up. Now I can bust out around 7 or 8 of these after doing weighted chin Ups.

Progress should always be your main priority in the gym. You either need to lift more weight, do more reps, do the reps faster, or with less rest time, or do the reps slower with better technique. Make things harder and you will improve your strength AND your physique!
