V-Bar High Cable Rows
This little attachment is called a V-Bar (because at a certain angle it looks like a V.) This bar allows you to keep your elbows tight against your side.
With the closer grip you're going to be able to lift MORE weight because the leverages are more advantageous. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't use different bars and different grips. Each helps bring up a different part of your back.
Like I've said before, retract your scapula - Keep your chest high - pull with the Elbows - bring the bar to your sternum - squeeeeeeeeze with your back.
