Single leg Leg Curls

Most people neglect their legs, but even more people neglect their hamstrings.

It's true that not many people are checking out your backside and thinking "nice hamstrings", their eyes are wandering a bit more skyward!

However, if you're a person who likes to move, play sports, games, or dance, then you better believe that your hamstrings are going to help you do all those things BETTER!

The KING of hamstring exercises is the deadlift, but in order to get a well balanced physique I do these. I put these near the end of my workout, but make sure they get the same amount of focus and effort!
