1 Arm Chest Supported Row
Using the bench Press to stabilize your upper body allows you to really focus on using the intended muscle and minimizes your inclination to swing and "cheat" the reps.
I like to play with the range of motion on this exercise. Sometimes I'll exaggerate and let my shoulder blades roll forward. But sometime I'll focus more on the last bit of the motion and really keep the squeeze of the shoulder blades and the Lats.
