Tutorial: Hyperextension Seal Rows
This is a great exercise variation to build the entire "posterior chain" - this builds up the Lats, the lower back, the glutes and will make your hamstrings burn like crazy!
The key is to stabilize the upper body as if you're doing a plank and to really squeeze at the top with your lats, glutes and hams.
To get the most out of this exercise, really focus on pulling through your elbows. Don't curl the weight to your stomach, then it becomes a bicep exercise. Pull with the elbows and squeeze your shoulder blades together! I personally like to super set these bad boys with lat PullOvers!
