Tutorial: Self Created Standing Preacher Curl

I call this the "Self Created Standing Preacher Curl"

It's self created because instead of resting my arms on a bench, pad or preacher curl station, I'm resting my triceps on my Lats and leaning slightly forward.

With traditional preacher Curls you lose tension at the top of the range of motion because the weight is sitting vertically on top of your wrist. It's resting in this position and not putting tension on your bicep.

With this version of the exercise tension remains on the bicep through out the entire range of motion. Time under tension plays a big factor in muscle development over time.
