Tutorial: The Scott Press
Helluva exercise. If you're a guy who has done a lot of overhead Press, Dumbbell presses, and lateral raises and STILL feel like your delts are lacking in development (like me) - give this exercise a try.
It helps focus in on the delts without taxing the triceps. It's also great if you're developing a lot of tennis elbow or elbow tendinitis from excessive pressing.
