Tutorial: One Arm Dumbbell Curls


Now you're not going to have great biceps unless you do chin Ups. But you're for sure not going to get exceptional biceps unless you do some Curls. Isolating each of the arms allows you to really focus on the "Mind Muscle Connection" and make sure you're executing the lift properly and getting the most out of this often times throw away exercise!

I like these better than alternating Dumbbell curls. It's easier to take the bicep muscle to failure. A great way to finish an arm workout.
