Bulgarian Split Squats

These are BRUTAL!!! Truly one of the most uncomfortable exercises - but HIGHLY effective!

Great for quad, glute and ham development. Your whole lower body is gonna burn after 1 set of these, even with minimal weight.

I do these a little different, notice how I lean forward? That's due to my really long legs. You want to keep the weight at the center of gravity, and for me that requires leaning forward a bit.

Your knee doesn't have to smack the ground, but you want your thigh to reach parallel to the ground. If your legs are shorter you don't have to spread yourself out as much. If you've got long legs, give yourself enough room to do full range of motion!
