Use bands to get more out of your current lifts!
The Reverse Grip Lat Pulldown is an excellent exercise by itself. But add resistance bands and you will notice a significant difference!
The band makes the exercise much more difficult at the bottom position where you are squeezing the hardest. It actually trains your brain and your motor patterns to execute the exercise correctly!
Don't go too wide or close with your Grip, keep your hands parallel with your shoulders and pull with your elbows. Bring the bar to your upper chest and SQUEEZE your back - pinching your scapula together!
