Seated Cable Preacher Curls
This is a great bicep exercise if you're in some of those hotel gyms that are just SLIGHTLY decked out. Perhaps one with this crazy multi-exercise machine.
The bicep is fully contracted when it is flexed behind the head, that's why I pull the bar so far back.
This exercise will burn deep within your bicep. As you can tell by the faces I'm making, this is not a pleasant lift, but it gets results!
