1 Arm High Cable Rows

I like to start off back and bicep workouts with a series of weighted chin Ups, but after the quality work comes the quantity!

This high cable row allows you to hit your back from different angles, making all the ridges and bumps in your back POP come summertime.

Notice how I twist my wrist through the full range of motion - it allows the Lat to fully extend at the top of the rep and to fully contract at the bottom.
