Dumbbell Lat PullOvers
An under utilized back exercise. This is great for building up the part of your back that you see from the front!
I like to bend my elbows and pull from way behind my head to mimic the motion that's created by machine Lat PullOvers (which I hardly ever see anymore).
These are best done after you've done heavy Rows and strength work. Put in the quality first and then do the quantity!
